Retirement Plan Consultant II - Lubbock, TX

Role Overview The Retirement Plan Consultant provides objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees, delivering educational presentations and campaigns to increase plan participation and assets. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group presentations in person or via video technology to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Deliver enrollment meetings, age‑based financial education sessions, and advanced financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor. Actively participate in benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and the annual plan review and financial education planning process. Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates. Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation. Coordinate travel as required for new plan enrollments within the assigned territory. Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Series7 and Series66 preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required. CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable. Excellent presentation skills. Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus. Benefits Competitive salary with bonus potential.
