Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing techniques and policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation according to standards of care.
- Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with physician directives and facility policies.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and utilize clinical expertise to support patient care throughout the facility.
