Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Marketing Representative Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote/Hybrid | $20–$30/Hour + Bonuses

Are you an experienced, licensed insurance professional looking for a position that offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work remotely?

Our established 25-year State Farm agency is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Marketing Representative to join our team.

This position is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, is comfortable handling policy service, and can also dedicate part of the week to outbound marketing, referrals, and appointment setting.

Indiana Property & Casualty license required. State Farm agency experience is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $20–$30/hour based on experience, qualifications, and State Farm experience
• $25 bonus for each qualified referral that results in a completed quote
• $10–$15 bonus for qualified 5-star customer reviews generated

THE POSITION

This role combines customer service with dedicated outbound marketing time.

Approximately 3 days per week will focus primarily on incoming customer calls and policy service, including:

• Vehicle changes and added/replaced vehicles
• Adding or removing drivers
• Billing and payment assistance
• Mortgagee/lienholder updates
• Claims transfers and assistance
• Policy changes and general customer service
• Identifying opportunities to better serve existing customers

Approximately 2 days per week will focus on outbound marketing and business development, including:

• Calling existing customers and agency marketing lists
• Working outside prospect and lead lists
• Generating qualified referrals and quote opportunities
• Scheduling appointments for insurance reviews and sales opportunities
• Following up with customers and prospects
• Asking satisfied customers for online reviews

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a current Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license
• Has 3+ years of insurance agency experience preferred
• State Farm agency experience is strongly preferred
• Provides friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Is comfortable handling a steady volume of incoming calls
• Is comfortable making outbound marketing calls
• Has strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Can work independently and remain productive when working remotely
• Enjoys both taking care of existing customers and creating new business opportunities

FLEXIBILITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

Our preference is a full-time remote/hybrid arrangement , but we're willing to be flexible for an experienced candidate who is a great fit for our agency.

Part-time and potentially fully remote arrangements may be considered for a highly qualified, experienced insurance professional.
