Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Director for the Established Products Group (EPG) based in Titusville, New Jersey. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute non-personal promotion and media strategies for EPG brands aligned with regulatory requirements
- Direct external media, creative, and agency partners through campaign lifecycle including budget and performance management
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate brand priorities into audience strategies and integrated execution plans
- Support commercial launch readiness for potential EPG portfolio additions and coordinate brand transitions
- Serve as EPG artificial intelligence lead identifying use cases, piloting initiatives, and building team capability
Requirements
- Strategic marketing expertise with demonstrated commercial leadership in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience directing external agency partners and managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across finance, sales, regulatory, and medical functions
- Proficiency translating market insights and analytics into actionable strategy and recommendations
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory requirements, and non-personal promotion guidelines
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications and emerging technology adoption in healthcare
