Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of multiple products across our VoIP and eFaxing portfolios. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and customer empathy to drive product success from conception to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that meet market demands and align with Netlink Voice’s long‑term vision. Key Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle for VoIP and eFaxing solutions, from strategy to execution. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals. Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials. Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and internal teams to continuously improve products. Monitor product performance and key metrics to inform future development and enhancements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). 3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications, SaaS, or cloud‑based solutions. Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and/or eFax technologies. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics to inform product decisions.
