# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Weatherford, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Every other weekend; 36 guaranteed hours per week**Highlights:** - 13-week assignment in a 23-bed Emergency Department with 4:1 patient ratios- Level IV Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Accredited facility with PCI capabilities (STEMI 24/7)- Meditech documentation system; floating as needed to support facility operations- Comprehensive team including all RN staff with dedicated lobby techs and secretarial support- No call requirements; structured variable shift schedule**Requirements:** - Active, unrestricted Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications required- TNC and NIHSS certifications required- Meditech experience strongly preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Emergency Department position offers the chance to work in a fully accredited, high-acuity facility serving a diverse patient population.
