Job Description Manage all phases of high‑end residential interiors construction projects from pre‑construction to final delivery. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to maintain project vision and specifications. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Lead project meetings to provide updates and address any challenges or changes. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful High End Residential Interiors Senior Project Manager should have: NYC Gut renovation experience Brownstones, Penthouses, Condos (must have experience) A strong background in the property and construction industry, specifically in high‑end residential projects. Proven ability to manage complex construction projects effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with clients and teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
