Compensation: $40 – $45.92/hour* *Salary is based on related experience, certification, education, and bilingual proficiency (when used in the role at least 50% of the time).

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes
• Provide one-on-one consultation and behavioral support in schools, clinics, and home settings
• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians while fostering professional growth
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure quality clinical services

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Reliable access to a mobile phone and internet for off-site work

Reliable transportation with personal auto insurance meeting minimum required limits (25/50 liability coverage)

Current TB test (within the past 6 months)

Ability to successfully pass FBI & DOJ background clearance

Work Environment

You'll work in a variety of settings, including:

Schools Clinics Client homes

This role may involve:

Moderate to loud noise levels Active movement throughout the day Supporting individuals with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
