Lead Physician Compensation Analyst

Leads month-end close processes and prepares summary documentation for ambulatory leadership. Exhibits outstanding customer service to all partners and customers, including providers and various levels of leadership. Works collaboratively with peers to enhance processes and procedures for greater efficiencies and accuracy.Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience:Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: RequiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredFive years' relevant experience: PreferredEssential Functions:Reviews provider compensation for accuracy and provide summary reports to Manager and Director of Physician Compensation. Ensures month-end processes are completed by defined deadlines and providing summary reports to ambulatory leadership as necessary. Performs a variety of complex duties requiring specialized training or knowledge.Collaborates with physician services leaders on development of the annual budget of compensation plans for providers in the system. Prepares complex management reports, ensuring long-range success.Makes recommendations on new processes, tools and services. Supports and contributes to development of new products, services or techniques. Solves complex escalated operational problems and technical issues. Performs detailed analysis and performance tracking/analysis for physician services initiatives.Collaborates with market departments and staff to perform provider compensation analysis. Works with minimal guidance to solve complex issues related to physician services clinical staff compensation plans. Performs monthly financial functions on a regular basis with medical groups.Works collaboratively with cross functional teams and other shared services departments. Acts as a resource to provide guidance and assistance as necessary for physician services analysts and associate analysts.
