Move-In Coordinator (Independent Sr. Living Community) Full Time Delray Beach, FL, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 4122 Salary Range: $24.00 To $27.00 Hourly Job Purpose The Move-in Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and successful transition of a new Resident into the community. This role will be for our Verena at Delray location (Delray Beach) - an Independent Sr. Living resort-style community. Duties and Responsibilities Works directly with new Resident and family to finalize paperwork and requirements for admission Provides sales support (but is not a Salesperson) Will take over customer relationships after the sale is closed and will lead the administrative tasks and communication thru move-in. Compiles reports accurately and timely as needed including but not limited to weekly activity reports Participates in sales meetings. Implements protocols to assist the new Resident’s transition into the community. Coordinates event details with Associates in other departments. Encourages teamwork through cooperative interaction with Associates in other departments. Supports a positive and professional image through action and dress. Maintains inventory of marketing collateral and materials. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Exhibits excellent customer service and public relations skills. Displays patience, tact and a cheerful disposition even under stressful circumstances. Promotes the community in a positive manner and effectively communicates the community values to Residents, families, visitors and Associates. Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team oriented. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing relating software. Desire to serve seniors.
