This full-time, contract role calls for expertise in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and staff to shape positive outcomes for learners across all grade levels.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting
- Strong understanding of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for support
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ unique needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine eligibility for special education and related services
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
- Promote a positive, inclusive school climate by supporting social-emotional learning initiatives
