Do you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed? Join our team and make a meaningful impact by training Job Coaches who support adults with developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do
- Train and coach staff on effective teaching techniques.
- Develop and improve vocational and life skills curriculum.
- Create simple, engaging training materials and lesson plans.
- Observe staff, provide feedback, and support their professional growth.
- Help ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centered instruction.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Teaching credential preferred.
- Experience teaching, training, or developing curriculum.
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, age 21+, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
