Nurse Trainer | Hybrid / Field-Based

HP Network is seeking an experienced New Hampshire RN to join our growing Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) program as an RN Nurse Trainer. This is a flexible, part-time position, initially approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours, if desired, as client census grows. The role may be especially attractive to retired or retiring nurses, RNs ready to transition away from bedside nursing, RNs transitioning from full-time academia to a more flexible part-time role, or any experienced RN simply seeking meaningful, flexible part-time work. This role gives you the opportunity to put your nursing experience to work in a different capacity—educating and mentoring staff, overseeing safe medication practices, supporting quality and regulatory compliance, and providing clinical guidance across the program. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape a growing HCBS program and take on greater leadership responsibilities as HP Network expands. Position Overview The RN Nurse Trainer provides nursing oversight, staff education, medication administration training, and quality assurance support for HP Network's HCBS residential program serving individuals under New Hampshire's Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Acquired Brain Disorder (ABD) waiver programs. Working in collaboration with program leadership and direct-support staff, the Nurse Trainer helps ensure safe medication practices, staff competency, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable New Hampshire requirements, including He-M 1201. The role also provides clinical guidance and contributes to the continued development and improvement of HP Network's residential services.
