Experienced Title Processor

We are a busy Title Company headquartered in Front Royal, VA providing services in DC, MD and VA who is seeking an experienced title processor for immediate employment. This person must be able to process a file from beginning to end. Experience with Qualia is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Work closely and develop a positive relationship with Realtors, Loan Officers, Buyers and Sellers Title examination and clearing title issues in DC, MD, and VA Ordering all payoffs, HOA/Condo statements, liens, and judgments Prepare final CDs/settlement statements and balance file Forward settlement statements to involved parties for review Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents Requirements Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Minimum high school diploma. Some college or college degree is preferred. Must have worked at a title company before (Minimum of 2 years). Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Salary is negotiable based on experience. We offer leave, health, and work-related education benefits.
