LIHTC Attorney (3-5 Years) | Manhattan, NY A highly regarded real estate practice is seeking an experienced Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Attorney to join its growing team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated affordable housing and community development transactions alongside a nationally recognized platform. About the Role: This attorney will play a key role advising developers, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders on complex affordable housing transactions with a focus on LIHTC matters. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience and a deep understanding of affordable housing finance structures.
