Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor bedside teams, overseeing daily assignments and coordinating rapid responses. Partner with charge RNs, intensivists, and a seasoned clinical educator to champion safe staffing, throughput, and quality metrics. Elevate patient experience, reinforce infection prevention, and support readiness for audits and surveys. Lead huddles, precept and coach, contribute to policy refinement, and drive data-informed improvements that make each shift smoother and safer. Desired Qualifications Experience in critical care nursing and supervisory or leadership roles. Strong communication, team-building, and mentorship skills. Knowledge of advanced monitoring, tele-ICU collaboration, and protocols for sepsis, stroke, cardiac and respiratory failure. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
