Why You'll Love Working HereFlexible schedule options (3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts)$2/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shiftsExtra hourly pay for ASE certifications (Brakes, Suspension, PMs)PTO begins accruing on day oneMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance (multiple plan options)Employer-Paid Basic Life Insurance & Long-Term DisabilityBi-Weekly employer contributions to your HSA401(k) with company match (after one year)Career growth in a high-demand technical fieldSupportive, safety-focused work environment Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseObtain a toolbox and required tools1+ year of hands-on experience performing DOT inspections, brakes, PMs, or completion of a technical school programStrong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality work️ What You’ll DoPerform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUsDiagnose and repair fuel, electrical, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systemsReplace brakes and service trailer ABS systemsPerform FHWA inspections, tire mounting, balancing, and repairsRepair trailer bodies, doors, and structural componentsComplete interior and exterior trailer cleaningConduct APU service and general road service as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaOperate forklifts, hoists, and company/customer vehiclesReefer unit experience is a strong plusAdditional duties as assigned Take a Closer Look!Want to see our team in action?
