Director of Operations Details:

• Direct hire position
• $150,000.00 / annually
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Leading, managing, and continuously improving all service operations across the company's HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment service divisions.
• Ensures that service calls are scheduled efficiently, technicians have the resources and information needed to succeed, customers receive exceptional service, jobs are completed profitably, and the company maintains high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Build scalable processes and hold the operations team accountable to measurable performance goals while working closely with managing partner, sales, accounting, and field leadership.

Director of Operations Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment service operations.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing service technicians, dispatch teams, and operational personnel.
• Proven experience overseeing service operations, workforce management, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, profitability, labor utilization, and key operational metrics.
• Experience leading operational growth initiatives while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
