Your ability to anticipate the surgeon's needs and understand the procedures being performed will be key to your success in this role.

• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures
• Begin to understand the procedure being performed and anticipate the surgeon's needs
• Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
• Need 1 year experience in setting
