Ceconiliation Clerk Details:
- Temporary position
- $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Reconcile internal accounts, including cashier's checks, expense checks, and CD interest accounts.
- Research and resolve discrepancies between financial records, invoices, and system data.
- Enter, update, and maintain account information in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with internal departments and customers to obtain missing information and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and other administrative duties as needed.
Ceconiliation Clerk Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of banking, accounting, or related financial experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Accounting coursework, specialized training, or an associate degree preferred.
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial systems.
