A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Position Summary:The Enterprise Architecture Governance team is seeking a ServiceNow engineer to support the design, implementation, automation, and continuous improvement of governance processes, workflows, and reporting across the firm’s Enterprise Architecture ecosystem.This role is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow developer with strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise architecture, application portfolio management (APM), or technology governance. The engineer will maintain and enhance ServiceNow-based solutions, improve data quality, and automate governance activities while partnering with stakeholders across architecture, risk, operations, and product teams.Additionally, the role will contribute to AI-driven process improvements by leveraging ServiceNow AI and Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency, generate insights, and enable a more data-driven, scalable governance model aligned with regulatory and risk requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. ServiceNow Development & EngineeringDesign, build, and maintain ServiceNow APM solutions, including application onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance trackingConfigure and extend data models (APM, CMDB, CSDM), workflows, forms, and governance pipelinesDevelop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) and automations using Flow DesignerBuild integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHubCreate dashboards and performance analytics for application portfolio visibility, lifecycle tracking, and risk insightsEnsure scalable, high-performing, and maintainable platform solutions2. Enterprise Architecture Governance EnablementSupport governance processes such as onboarding workflows, ARB reviews, and stage-gated approvalsMaintain application inventory, ownership, and classification dataContribute to initiatives including application rationalization, lifecycle tracking, and standards compliancePartner with architecture, IAM, risk, and control teams to ensure accurate data and audit readiness3. Automation, AI & Process OptimizationIdentify and implement automation opportunities using ServiceNow, Flow Designer, and Power Platform toolsLeverage Microsoft Copilot and ServiceNow AI to generate insights, summaries, and workflow improvementsEnable intelligent analysis of APM and CMDB data for better decision-makingEnhance governance processes through automated validations, notifications, and reportingBalance innovation with strong governance, auditability, and platform standards4. Stakeholder Engagement & DocumentationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of governance solutionsTranslate business needs into technical requirements and user storiesMaintain documentation, reporting artifacts, and data definitionsSupport governance meetings and ongoing process improvementsRequired Qualifications:Experience:4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, APM, enterprise architecture, or governance-related rolesHands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutionsExperience with workflows, reporting, and structured data in regulated environmentsStrong collaboration across cross-functional teams (architecture, development, risk, operations)Technical Skills:Strong ServiceNow expertise (APM, CMDB, scripting, Flow Designer, integrations)Proficiency in JavaScript; familiarity with SQL or other scripting tools is a plusExperience with dashboards, reporting, and performance analyticsUnderstanding of platform governance and SDLC practicesPreferred:ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft CopilotKnowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or CSDMExperience in financial services or other regulated industriesEducation:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience“Visa sponsorship/support is based on business needs.
