Coverage area: Travel throughout Temple, Copperas Cove, Killeen, Harker Heights, Kempner, Troy, Round Rock, Georgetown, Austin, Cedar Park, Pflugerville
Schedule: PRN

As a Nurse Practitioner You will:
- Provide compassionate medical care and symptom management
- Perform assessments, order/ interpret diagnostic tests, and develop care plans
- Prescribe medications, manage treatments, and coordinate hospice services
- Conduct and document face-to-face visits for eligibility and recertification
- Collaborate with physicians and IDT
