Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This role is essential for ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual healthcare needs.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines.
Maintain accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.
Proven clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Commitment to delivering person-centered care with dignity.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
