Volunteers of America Michigan is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and structured onboarding across the organization. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of recruitment and new hire integration.
