Executive Assistant, Global Entertainment Legal

Amazon Legal is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Entertainment Legal – an organization within the Legal Department that provides legal support for Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Luna, Amazon Games, Audible, and Twitch. A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and to deliver high-quality results. As the lead EA of the Global Entertainment Legal organization, this role also partners with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment. This is a Culver City-based role, and the ability to work in-office five days a week is required. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
