What We Need From You: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Illinois State Issued EMT-Paramedic License. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certifications or equivalents (assistance available for renewals or obtaining additional certifications).
