Assistant Salon Manager

If this sounds like you, you may have what it takes to be an Assistant Salon Manager at a Great Clips salon. Responsibilities Lead and support the salon team, guiding stylists in day‑to‑day operations. Manage production‑based earnings and provide management bonuses. Maintain a 100% chemical‑free, high‑volume environment. Help with scheduling, training and continuous improvement for staff. Ensure high standards of customer service and salon upkeep. Qualifications Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (licensing requirements vary by state or province). Full‑time availability, including weekends. Strong communication skills and a motivating attitude. Flexible, organized and driven to achieve goals. Top‑notch technical skills in hair cutting and styling. Experience in salon management or related supervisory role is a plus.
