St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Life Enrichment to create and lead programs that help residents stay active connected and engaged. If you enjoy planning activities bringing people together and making everyday moments special wed love to hear from you!

What Youll Do

• Plan and lead activities that support residents physical emotional and social well-being.

• Create programs that reflect residents interests abilities and preferences.

• Coordinate special events outings and celebrations.

• Work with staff families and volunteers to create meaningful experiences.

• Manage activity schedules budgets supplies and volunteers.

• Use resident feedback to improve programs and encourage participation.

• Ensure programs meet applicable state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Completion of or current enrollment in a state-approved training course; or two years of experience in a social occupational therapy or recreational program within the past five years including one year of full-time experience in a patient activities program in a healthcare setting.

• Creativity enthusiasm and a passion for helping residents enjoy meaningful daily experiences.
