Their frequent contact with patients assists the nurses in utilizing the nursing process.Qualifications:Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF): Requires successful completion of Nurse Aide Training Program. Maintenance of certification is required.RN and LPN Nursing Students: Must have completed basic nursing skills course with clinical experience within their curriculum.Post graduate LPN or RN will be eligible to work as a non licensed employee. Performing only tasks delegated to a non licensed nursing employee.Completion of Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent education in non licensed nursing assistant duties preferred.
