Student Transition Specialist — Career Readiness & Advocacy
State of Nebraska
The State of Nebraska is seeking three Transition Services Specialists based in Omaha to support high school students' transition to adulthood. These roles will include career exploration and self-advocacy skills training. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to the field and demonstrate experience advocating for individuals with disabilities. This position emphasizes relationship building with students, schools, and employers.
