Full-Time | (Provides In-Person & Telehealth Appointments)

Salary: $72,000–$90,000 per year OR Fee for Service

What You'll Do

As one of our licensed therapists, you'll provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults while working alongside psychiatric nurse practitioners and other behavioral health professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments 
• Developing individualized treatment plans 
• Providing evidence-based individual, family, and couples therapy 
• Delivering both in-person and telehealth services 
• Collaborating with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals 
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health record 
• Participating in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings 
• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes long-term recovery and wellness 

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW license 
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field 
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills 
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities 
• Trained in varying modalities of Therapy treatments
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care 

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient behavioral health 
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or substance use disorders 
• Telehealth experience 
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Portuguese) are encouraged to apply

Productivity Expectations

We believe productivity should support—not compromise—quality patient care.

Our full-time therapists typically maintain a caseload of approximately 32 completed sessions per week , with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule for documentation, care coordination, supervision, and mandatory team trainings.

Therapists who consistently exceed productivity expectations while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards may be eligible for performance-based bonuses .

• One evening clinic per week
