Greenleap is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Oversee projects submitted by internal consultants from start to finish. Project managers thoroughly assess incoming projects, ensuring proper interconnection, layout, and other crucial factors. Once a project is submitted from the sales consultant, the project manager will verify that all documentation and submission of the project is complete prior to submitting it to the installer. Once the installer receives it, the project manager conducts a thorough review, promptly notifying relevant personnel of any necessary modifications or additional requirements if applicable. Throughout the process, all communications from the installer will be relayed to the project manager to keep track of all projects and keep the sales consultant up to date via our internal CRM. Manage projects within a designated region or area including project revisions and sales changes. Stay current in Jurisdiction & Utility within assigned region or area of responsibility. Interpret Jurisdiction & Utility rejections and find optimal solutions. Make sure each project with an HOA has the application attached. Complete electrical service load calculations. Identify optimal interconnection for projects. Identify required adders for projects. Provide timely responses to internal questions per SOP’s. Understand project processes outside of design, e.g., permitting, Utility submission. Stay current on knowledge of new PV & ESS systems and configurations.
