About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics to spearhead the integration of data-driven insights into the commercial banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial banking CRM strategy that enhances the relationship-based approach. This includes owning the business leadership of the CRM platform, embedding AI-driven opportunities into banker workflows, and improving visibility into sales activities. A key focus is on AI fluency within commercial banking, with the role involving the development of new data sources, AI models, and measurement capabilities to support sales effectiveness and client engagement. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis for commercial banking, with a strong emphasis on customer and relationship growth. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in CRM platform management, a deep understanding of commercial banking processes, and hands-on experience in delivering AI/ML use cases. The Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring that data and analytics investments align with the commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess exceptional communication, data storytelling, and leadership skills.
