Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellpath Counseling, your primary duties will include:

- Engaging actively in Child and Family team meetings to contribute to comprehensive treatment planning and reviews. \n
- Conducting thorough client assessments, formulating tailored treatment plans, and updating records in compliance with agency guidelines. \n
- Maintaining rigorous client confidentiality, ensuring the security of all client records consistently and responsibly. \n
- Utilizing your clinical expertise to accurately diagnose and create effective treatment strategies for children, adolescents, and families. \n
- Providing ongoing therapy sessions focusing on individuals' specific needs and progress, adjusting methods as necessary based on client feedback and development. \n
This role involves working with a diverse array of clients, primarily focusing on children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral issues, as well as their families. Your expertise will be vital in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, familial conflict, and trauma. You will collaborate with your clients to help them build resilience, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential. \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families. \n
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories and research related to personality development, human motivation, and behavior. \n
Ideal candidates will possess additional training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy modalities, or child development theories. Experience with telehealth platforms or digital therapy tools will also be advantageous in this remote work environment. Compensation and Benefits\nWellpath Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
