Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Role Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and personalized patient care. Responsibilities Manage patient care, demonstrate critical thinking, respond to clinical changes, involve patients and families in care planning, participate in quality improvement and safety procedures, support trauma and emergency protocols, and collaborate with physicians. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license, 1-3 years of hospital or emergency experience, effective communication, and ability to work night shifts with flexibility for holiday rotations. Additional Duties Act as Unit Charge Nurse, investigate incidents, support hospital operations, and assist with various departments as needed.
