Coater Console Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Coater Console Operator for a company based in Dalton, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a company committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment where hard work is recognized and appreciated.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 30 am to 4 00 pm

Coater Console Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the coater line control system, adjusting machine settings to maintain product specifications and production standards.
• Monitor production processes, material flow, and equipment performance to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
• Perform quality checks and make necessary process adjustments to minimize defects and ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance and production personnel to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.
• Accurately complete production documentation, track operational data, and communicate shift updates, issues, and priorities to team members and supervisors.

Coater Console Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following all company policies and safety procedures.
• Must be willing and able to stay past regularly scheduled hours, including after 4:00 PM, when business needs require.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Background check required; employment is contingent upon successful completion of the screening process.

Full-time, temporary to permanent
