Adolescent Home-Based Family Therapist — Flexible Hours

UnityPoint Health - Proctor

UnityPoint Health is looking for a therapist in Des Moines, Iowa, to provide weekly home-based family therapy sessions for adolescents. The therapist will carry a caseload of 10 to 15 families, utilizing the FFT model. Flexibility in hours is important to meet family availability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, with a Master’s degree preferred and at least two years of experience in Behavioral Health.
