We strive to find the best and brightest talent for each position within our organization, enabling the unique qualities of each individual to shine and compliment the entire team.The Aircraft Refueling Specialist is responsible for providing efficient service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company procedures and proper ground handling of aircraft, refueling, air craft services as well as communicating effectively with passengers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department.Responsibilities and Duties:Aircraft movement, placement, fueling, and storageFuel movement- quality control, disposal, daily paperwork and documentationServicing aircraft of all types to include fueling, ground services, cleaning, meeting airline crew needs.Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and ramp vehiclesFacility maintenance and upkeepCustomer service, promotion of servicesMonthly crew meetingsAnnual re-current trainingCompetencies:Customer focus-naturally outgoing/extrovertedVery strong work ethic and initiative to get the job done while working independentlyBe coachable, have a positive attitude and a passion for what we doCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communicationsMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insured by our insurance company (Requires clean driving record)Strong computer skills including Microsoft office productsAbility to read, write and follow detailed instructionsBasic mathematical knowledgeBi-lingual preferredReporting Relationship:This position reports to the Line Service ManagerWork Environment:This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.
