Heat Treat Operator Meriden, CT $18.00 per hour | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire Looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with opportunities to learn and grow? We are seeking a dependable Heat Treat Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll help process metal components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. What You'll Do: Load and unload metal parts into heat treat furnaces. Operate heat treat equipment following work instructions. Monitor furnace temperatures, cycle times, and production processes. Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met. Read and follow work orders and production specifications. Record production information and complete required paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals. What We're Looking For: Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Heat treat experience is a plus but not requiredwe're willing to train the right candidate. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
