Lead Technology-Driven Project Delivery

At Roebbelen, construction technology is integrated into how we plan, coordinate, and build our projects. We're looking for an experienced BIM/VDC Manager to lead model-based project delivery across commercial and K-12 projects. You'll collaborate with project teams, design professionals, and trade partners to improve coordination, constructability, and field execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project-specific BIM/VDC execution plans
• Establish modeling, coordination, and collaboration standards
• Lead multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution
• Manage federated models and digital workflows throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate coordination meetings with project teams, design professionals, and trade partners
• Review models for constructability, completeness, and project requirements
• Support model-based layout, field coordination, prefabrication, and digital documentation
• Collaborate with Project Management, Field Operations, Preconstruction, Prefabrication, and Self-Perform teams
• Train and mentor team members on BIM/VDC tools and workflows
• Help improve company standards, processes, and technology adoption

What You'll Bring

• Five or more years of experience in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or a related field
• Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination on active construction projects
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit
• Experience with model coordination, clash detection, and issue-management workflows
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project delivery
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to project teams and trade partners
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto, Navisworks, Bluebeam, or comparable platforms is preferred. You do not need advanced experience with every platform to be considered.

• K-12, DSA, or lease-leaseback projects
• Reality capture or laser scanning
• Model-based layout or total station workflows
• 4D scheduling or 5D estimating
• Model-based quantity takeoffs
• Preconstruction or GMP development
• Lean construction
• Team development and mentorship
