We value team members who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, offering opportunities for growth within our hotel.Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort- Complete daily laundry and room servicing tasks, including making beds, replacing linens, and replenishing amenities- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, sanitize bathrooms, and remove trash to uphold hygiene standards- Stock carts with room amenities and cleaning supplies, adhering to safety and security protocols- Conduct periodic room maintenance and deep-cleaning activities, such as scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and polishing fixtures, as needed- Follow all hotel standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staffSkills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysWe foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members are encouraged to grow and develop their skills.
