What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Running patient-centered care for your unit, not just charting to keep up
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident progress toward real rehab goals
• Administering meds and treatments with the backup of a full interdisciplinary team — PT, OT, physicians, and therapists who are actually reachable, not a phone tree
• Mentoring CNAs and shaping how your shift runs
• Educating residents and families through the recovery process — the kind of nursing that reminds you why you got licensed

What You Need

• Active Alabama RN license
• BLS/CPR current (ACLS a plus, not a gatekeeper)
• Comfort with geriatric and rehab-focused care
