This full-time position will be based at our CenterWell Montclaire office and you will report to the Associate Medical Director.In this role, you will:Focus on senior outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.Keep a medical history and medical records.Refer the patient to specialists as needed.Use your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsBachelor's degree5 or more years of technical experienceLicensure requirements of the state of North CarolinaGraduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited universityPrefer Internal Medicine specialtyBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric MedicineThis role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$255,000 - $298,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
