- The ideal candidate will have excellent design, project management, problem solving, and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ability to work backwards and think about building products from a customer perspective is crucial.
- Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
- Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.
- Create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to communicate your ideas.
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications.
- Independently present work, socialize ideas, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experience principles.
- Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations.
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience with hands-on visual design
