Brand Ambassador Luxury E-Commerce & Client Relations

We are seeking a polished, client-focused Brand Ambassador to join a prestigious luxury goods Maison on a contract basis, at their Client Relations Center in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a rare opportunity to represent one of the world's most iconic heritage brands and to do meaningful work at the intersection of luxury, e-commerce, and relationship-driven sales.

You'll be the voice of the brand across digital and phone channels, guiding clients through the full journey from discovery to purchase to after-sale care. If you thrive in a high-touch, service-first environment and love the art of building genuine client relationships, this role is for you.

Position Details:

• Pay rate: $22/Hour
• Contract length: ASAP through August, 2026
• Location: Grand Prairie, TX
• Work model: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
• Schedule: Rotating shifts available shift windows are 8:00am4:30pm, 9:30am6:00pm, 11:00am7:30pm, and 11:30am8:00pm
• Saturdays: Approximately once per month, 8:30am5:00pm

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional omnichannel service across phone, email, live chat, and emerging formats
• Converting client inquiries into sales while achieving individual revenue targets and KPIs
• Supporting corporate gifting initiatives and proactive client outreach campaigns
• Building and maintaining an active client database using CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP)
• Managing product orders, stock inquiries, and after-sales/repair service coordination
• Responding to and resolving client escalations with professionalism and poise
• Becoming a true brand expert knowledgeable in product history, craftsmanship, and marketing activations

What we're looking for:

• Experience in e-commerce, call center, or luxury retail environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication you set the tone for every interaction
• Polished, mature, and composed someone who can handle discerning clientele with grace
• Genuine enthusiasm for the luxury goods market (fashion, jewelry, fine writing instruments, etc.)
• Ability to multitask across systems and channels simultaneously
• College or technical degree preferred, but not required
