Job Description: As a Service Electrician, you’ll play a vital role in not only performing electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance but also in helping customers elevate their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Service & Warranty Calls: Address a variety of residential electrical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with each visit. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose electrical problems and find timely solutions that meet or exceed industry standards. Electrical Repairs: Perform repairs in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Customer Relations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to foster trust and loyalty. Engage customers with professionalism and respect. Safety & Communication: Adhere to safe working practices at all times and maintain open communication with both customers and internal teams. Job Requirements Expertise in Residential Electrical Systems: Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
