In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.**Responsibilities*** Pull jobs from a queue to print on demand* Quality check work of co-workers* Coordinate with Customer as needed to ensure deadlines for print jobs are met* Punching and Binding (Coil, GBC, 3-ring Binders)* First level support for copiers* Shipping & Receiving* Mail sorting and delivering* Data Entry* Perform other tasks as assigned* Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly demeanor* Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management and client* Consistently adhere to business and safety procedures and guidelines* Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer needs and ensure that any facility need is proactively addressed**Required Qualifications:*** High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required* Minimum of 2 years customer service related experience required* Strong organizational and administrative skills required* Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and client personnel* Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment* Ability to adhere and administer company’s policies and procedures* Ability to meet attendance policy* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is up to 19.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
