We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labor / Production Assistant to join our team. This position will assist with daily production activities, material handling, packaging, assembly, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Operate basic tools and production equipment as trained
• Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to ___ lbs.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but training is available
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Must be willing to follow safety procedures
