Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Pampa, TX. Provide care to inpatients and outpatients at a 25-bed critical access hospital, supporting units that include ICU, med/surg, orthopedics, swing beds, and a cardiac cath lab. Treat patients with a range of acuity including trauma level IV and COVID patients while working with interdisciplinary teams to restore daily living and functional skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BCLS (AHA) certification required. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience, including inpatient and outpatient settings preferred. Experience treating patients across acute care settings, including ICU and med/surg, preferred. Preferred Qualifications Membership or familiarity with AOTA and OTAC preferred. Experience working in critical access hospitals or rural healthcare settings preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:00–17:00. Shift schedule: Days. Patient population: Inpatients and outpatients. Facility acuity and units: ICU, med/surg, orthopedics, swing beds, cardiac cath lab; Level IV trauma.
