Key Responsibilities Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status. Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations. Educate patients and build meaningful relationships. Work as part of a supportive care team. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice. CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation. 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred). Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
